Application:

IRK WM 839 is a universally applicable, mineral oil-based, water-miscible coolant that is ideal for heavy-duty machining of difficult-to-machine steels, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals.

Properties:

In the development of IRK WM 839, a specially designed, newly developed emulsifier was used. Combined with carefully selected additives, this ensures an excellent performance spectrum.
IRK WM 839 is hard water stable and low foaming across various water qualities. It is long-term stable and ensures high corrosion protection even at low concentrations.

Usage Concentration:

6–11%

Stainless steel, steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals

Machining Methods:

Turning, drilling, milling, sawing, thread forming
Conventional and with internally cooled tools

Our water-miscible cooling lubricants are formaldehyde-free, chlorine-free, and nitrite-free.
