Application:
IRK WM 827 is a universally applicable, water-miscible coolant that is ideal for heavy-duty machining of difficult-to-machine steels, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals.

IRK WM 827 is a mineral oil-based, water-miscible coolant that has been used successfully in metalworking.
The emulsions formed with IRK WM 827 offer long service life, reliable corrosion protection, and are especially skin-friendly.
Usage Concentration:
Machining of steels and non-ferrous metals: 6–8%
Machining of high-alloy steels and cast steel: 8–10%
Materials:
Stainless steel, steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals
Machining Methods:
Turning, drilling, milling, sawing, thread forming
