Application:

IRK WM 785 is a universally applicable, stable, water-miscible coolant that is well-suited for general machining operations.

Properties:

IRK WM 785 is a mineral oil-based, water-miscible coolant formulated with highly refined, low-aromatic base oils. It is long-term stable and ensures high corrosion protection even at low concentrations.
Special wear protection additives enable high-speed machining.

Usage Concentration:

5–10%

Materials:

Stainless steel, steel, cast iron, aluminum (compatibility should be tested beforehand), and plastics

Machining Methods:

Turning, drilling, milling, sawing, grinding
Conventional and with internally cooled tools

Our water-miscible coolants are formaldehyde-free, chlorine-free, and nitrite-free.
