Low-foaming, mineral oil-based water-miscible coolant for light to medium-duty machining of cast iron, steel, and plastics – highly stable, hard water resistant, and suitable for high-pressure applications.
Water-miscible coolant
For light to medium-duty machining, especially of cast iron, steel, and plastics
• Contains mineral oil
• Low foaming
• Hard water stable
• Very stable
• Free from free boric acid
• Phenoxyethanol-free
• Also suitable for higher pressures (ICS – internal coolant supply)
IRK WM 743 is a semi-synthetic, mineral oil-based, water-miscible coolant, primarily intended for machining cast iron, steel, and plastics. Suitable for cutting and grinding.
When mixed with water, IRK WM 743 forms a fine dispersion emulsion with very high stability, excellent corrosion protection, and very low foaming tendency.
This makes it especially suitable for use in areas with very low water hardness. The emulsion is highly resistant to microorganisms, ensuring long service life and reduced maintenance effort.
