Anti-spatter fluid for MIG/MAG welding
• Prevents spatter from sticking to workpiece or burner head
• For arc welding with electrodes, inert gas welding, and contact welding

• Easy slag removal, even with V-seams

Application:
Jokisch Fotia Alea 1.2 is a ready-to-use, active welding substance designed for MIG and MAG welding processes.
It prevents welding spatter from adhering to the workpiece surface and is suitable for application via hand sprayers, air spray cans, or spray units.
Spray the surface lightly with only a thin film.
Properties:
- For arc welding with electrodes: easy slag removal, even on V-seams
- Enables simple and efficient cleaning of welding seams
- Prevents welding spatter from burning in the burner head (inert gas welding and contact welding)
- Safe for post-processing: no complications with priming, painting, or galvanizing
- Completely non-flammable – safe to use directly in the work area
- Silicone-free, solvent-free, and free from chlorinated hydrocarbons
- Exempt from hazardous substance labelling
Proposed Concentration:
Ready for use in a 1:1 mixing ratio (50% Jokisch Fotia Alea and 50% water).
Immediately usable.
