RIVOLTA S.F.R. Spray is a powerful mould cleaner designed for removing plastic processing residues from tools and moulds without attacking metal surfaces.

Purpose & Features

Special cleaner for tools and moulds in plastic processing

• NSF-A1 registered for use in sensitive areas such as food and pharmaceutical industries
• Effectively penetrates and dissolves a wide range of plastics and residues
• Does not corrode or damage metallic surfaces
• Safe to use on polished surfaces
• Usable in inverted position (sprayable upside down)
• Suitable for injection moulding, extrusion lines, and spinning plants

Material Compatibility

• Penetrates and removes: polyacrylate, polyamide, polystyrene
• Also effective on: cellulose acetate, epoxy resins, oil deposits, oil-carbon
• Does not attack metals
• Not suitable for use on plastics, elastomers, paints, or lacquers

Instructions for Use

• Spray directly on parts to be cleaned
• Allow appropriate exposure time based on residue thickness
• Wipe off residue after exposure
• Use additional rapid cleaner (e.g. Rivolta A.C.S. 3 Spray, S.B.C. Spray, or S.C.F. Spray) for complete cleaning in cavities
