Application

PELOX FR-D is a specially formulated acidic cleaner for surfaces made of chromium-nickel steel and selected non-ferrous metals. It is ideal for removing light contamination such as machining residues, oils, greases, and flash rust, particularly before the pickling process.

Usage Instructions

  • Conduct a compatibility test before use
  • Homogenize the product thoroughly before application

  • Maintain contact for at least 15 minutes
  • Ensure surface temperature remains below 25 °C
  • Rinse thoroughly with high-pressure water until pH-neutral
  • Use only at 5–25 °C in shaded, ventilated environments
  • Always wear appropriate protective equipment
  • Dispose of rinse water and residues in accordance with regulations
