3M Grey Foam Tape, 0.6mm Thickness, 3m Length – VHB Series – 3M GPH-060GF 19mm x 3m
Use this multi-purpose foam tape from 3M to join materials together in design and manufacturing applications. Its high adhesive strength of 25N/cm (Newton-centimetres) makes it a practical alternative to rivets and other metal fasteners. A high-temperature tolerance lets it withstand thermal rates up to +230°C in the short term and +150°C in the long term, meaning it’s appropriate for extreme settings. The tape’s double-sided design eliminates the need for two tapes or a carrier to join materials, so minimises bulk. With virtually invisible bonding, you get an enhanced design appearance as there’s almost no mark at the joint.
