Migma Rino EGR

Application:

Jokisch Migma Rino EGR is a highly effective defoamer for use in water-soluble cooling lubricants, whether mineral oil-containing or oil-free.
It should be premixed with water or an existing emulsion and added to a highly turbulent area (never before the filter).
Each addition requires full mixing before the next portion is added. The defoamer should be added gradually until the foam has visibly collapsed.

Properties:

Free of chlorine, amines, nitrite, boric acid, and biocides.
Provides excellent compatibility with subsequent processes – treated parts can be painted or coated without issue.

Usage Concentration:

0.01% – 0.02%

• Kinematic viscosity at 20 °C: 29–34 mm²/s (ASTM D 7042)
• Density at 20 °C: 1.04 g/cm³ (DIN EN ISO 12185)
• pH-value at 20 °C: 8.1 (DIN 51369)
