Synthetic lubricating oil for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries
- PARALIQ 91 Spray is a food-grade lubricating oil based on a synthetic ester oil which has been developed as release agent for tins, moulds, cutting boards and other solid surfaces in contact with foodstuffs. PARALIQ 91 is neutral in odour and taste
- PARALIQ 91 Spray is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries. The use of PARALIQ 91 Spray can contribute to increase reliability of your production processes. We nevertheless recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP
- PARALIQ 91 Spray is also registered as NSF 3H. Being compliant with FDA CFR 21 § 178.3910 (a), the product can be used as a surface lubricant for the production of metal articles, e.g. for food packaging

Application
- PARALIQ 91 is used as release agent for baking tins and moulds in the food-processing industry. The lubricant can also be used as high-performance needle and sinker oil in textile machines as well as for deep-drawing or bending of packages for the pharmaceutical and foodprocessing industries
- This special oil is tried-and-tested as release agent for moulds in blister machines used for the deep-drawing of film (bottom film)
Application note
- Before applying PARALIQ 91 Spray all lubrication points should be cleaned to ensure maximum hygiene conditions
- Do not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material and keep away from sources of ignition. Please see product label for more information
- The minimum shelf life of PARALIQ 91 Spray is approx. 36 months. Please protect the spray from direct sunlight and temperatures above 50 °C
