Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 is a fluid grease based on a highly refined synthetic hydrocarbon and a special calcium complex soap thickener.
Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries. The use of Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 can contribute to increase reliability of your production processes.
We nevertheless recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP.
Due to its special composition, Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 offers an unusual combination of performance characteristics. The special thickener provides very good wear protection even at the very soft consistency of NLGI 000. At the same time, Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 offers excellent corrosion protection along with good water resistance. This combination of special synthetic base materials enables optimum lubricant supply to the friction point also at low temperatures.

Application:
Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 was especially developed for applications in machines and installations of the foodprocessing and pharmaceutical industries where incidental contact with your product cannot be excluded. Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 is used e.g. as a fluid gear grease for the immersion lubrication of toothed and worm gears or chains that run more smoothly with a soft grease.
Application notes:
Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 is applied by brush, spatula, grease gun, grease cartridge or via central lubrication systems. Before applying Klüberfood NH1 94-6000, all lubrication points should be thoroughly cleaned to ensure maximum hygiene conditions for H1 lubrication.
If the production process does not allow cleaning we recommend the existing grease be replaced by purging the system during relubrication.
Overlubrication should generally be avoided.
