As a manufacturer or operator of production or packaging equipment in the food-processing or pharmaceutical industry you are facing ever more challenges, e.g. the requirement to cover several applications with a single lubricant concept.
This often coincides with the implementation of new technologies, rising requirements and the need to select a new lubricant. It is precisely for these requirements that we have developed Klüberfood NH1 94-52 based on a synthetic hydrocarbon oil and a calcium special soap.

Applications
- You may use Klüberfood NH1 94-52 as a multipurpose grease, especially for the lubrication of rolling bearings and linear guides. Experience in practice has shown that a multitude of lubricants used in your plant can in fact be replaced by a single product concept: Klüberfood NH1 94-52.
Application notes
- You may use Klüberfood NH1 94-52 e.g. for the initial lubrication or relubrication of rolling bearings and linear guides. Prior to initial lubrication, we recommend users should verify compatibility with the lubricant.
- Before applying the grease, all lubrication points should be thoroughly cleaned. We recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP. Klüberfood NH1 94-52 is applied by spatula, grease gun, grease cartridge or via central lubrication systems.
