Multidraw KTL N 16 is recommended for additional lubrication of the parts treated with our Prelube “Multidraw PL 61”.
In addition to excellent pulling results, Multidraw KTL N 16 ensures excellent corrosion protection and high aging stability.
Multidraw KTL N 16 can easily be applied manually as well as with automatic rolling or spraying equipment. All current application devices currently on the market can be used. We are happy to assist you in choosing the system. When converting from water-miscible forming lubricants to Multidraw KTL N 16, divinol rinse fluid should be used to clean the application system.
Multidraw KTL N 16 does not need to be heated before application, but the spray pressure can be reduced to 40 ° C to 50 ° C by heating the product. However, care must be taken that no local overheating occurs (cracking). The required application rate is up to 1.5 g / m² for light forming and up to 3 g / m² for heavy forming.
